Can you elaborate a bit? Who is paying and who is being paid? How long does it need to be held? What is the use-case?

This is being done between a student and teacher.
1, When student sends Submit Hire request = money gets placed on hold
2, While in “Pending” status if the user cancels the request the money will no long be on hold and will be placed back in the users account
3, While in “Pending” status is the teacher rejects their request the money will no long be on hold and will be placed back in the users account
4, If the coach “Accepts” the request then the money will be pulled and will be held until the Job is “Completed”
5, Once the job is “Completed” and the athlete has left a review for the coach the money will then be released and the coach can transfer that money from the DashReel account into their personal account
