Okay I see what's occurred, a new bank account was added to the customer, the previous bank account was closed but still the default payment method. The default bank account is changed to the new bank, a retry of retrieving the payment was done and the payment intent is now a state 'processing' so will assume that the payment intent will succeed soon.
