I have a connected account A . And my platform balance is also available. I want to payout an amount of money from the platform balance to that connected bank account. Can Stripe Api help me this issue?

you would make a Transfer to the connected account, and then any balance in the connected account is paid out according to that account's payout settings.

So there no way to payout directly from admin balance to connected bank right ?
