Looks like the customer wasn't able to complete 3D Secure authentication.
they could try a different payment method or ask their bank what want wrong, it's really between the customer and their bank if they can't complete the 3D Secure challenge.

there is no other error message here, it's just a generic 3D Secure failure(a timeout).
what did the customer say they saw/experienced?
nothing specific, they're just complaining that the transaction is unsuccessful
then they could try a different payment method or ask their bank what went wrong
on our side all we see is that the 3D Secure attempt timed out which might mean a problem with their bank, or that they never completed the 3D Secure challenge , we don't really know.
