@uncut burrow unfortunately there's no test data for this so you'd just need to use a real bank account.

which we told you already apparently? you won't get a different answer by asking here, this is just how the product works I'm afraid
in these cases I sometimes use a site like fauxid.com to get a bank account number that looks real enough to get past the validation.
