Unfortunately I don't see anything like that in the Dashboard (not even a Refunds list view). We don't spend much time in the Dashboard here unfortunately since this channel is focused on supporting developers integrating Stripe.

I know it's not where you hoped to find it but you can get the exact Refund via the API
