On the dashboard
right under the company name and business name, which I cannot post here
Ah, thank you for that clarification, we aren't as familiar with the dashboard or the labels it assigns to objects here, so I'll need some time to see if I can gather any insight.
I mark invoices as paid manually for this customer, so that might confuse the analysis
ether way it's totally incorrect
Sorry, haven't been able to get to the bottom of how that label is generated yet.
I'm likely going to need to capture your feedback on this and take it to our teams for further review offline.
@unreal elk sorry for the delay, the server is busy right now. Can I ask you to just report that bug to our support team directly instead at https://support.stripe.com/contact
As I've mentioned before, I'd prefer not to interface with Stripe support directly unless I absolutely have to. If you want to fix the bug, here it is, otherwise I don't care much. This was more like an "FYI" thing.
Sounds good
I'm trying hard not to sound rude ๐
nah that's fair, I understand, I just can't commit for us to track every single thing you flag when the channel is busy but I made a note to look at it later
Reasonable
So I looked at that customer and it's the second customer with the most refunds
So I'm confused
ah wait no that view is wrong I think I found another bug
Ah yeah it actually does have 1 refund

But... high refunds? Not really accurate. I guess that depends on definition
I guess it's because it doesn't count any of the payments that were not via Stripe
also you don't have many refunds so anyone with 1 refund has higher refund rates
but still this is super poorly worded :p
I'll flag internally!
