1 and 2, you can't, that's not supported. We don't expose the individual records(if you need that you'd need to mirror it on your side)

3 hmm I don't think we support that, the modes we support are the ones we say we support. One way to decrement is likely to count the usage on your side and then use set to set it to a lower value than what it already had.

what is the probability that 1 and/or 2 will allowed in the future?

my ideal preference is (3) allow decrement. but if (1,2) will never happen. then i guess I can just call set b/c i am really losing any data, since I don;t have access to it anyway (ever presumingly).

quite low, it's been a feature request for a long time but it wouldn't hurt to write to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true to help capture the feedback and associate it with your merchant account
