you'd either delete some subscriptions, or just create a new Customer

I think it's 500 subscriptions, which you'd never really get anywhere close to.
no it's not documented anywhere externally I'm aware of

like I said I wouldn't worry about it, you're not going to have one customer with 500 subscriptions unless you're doing something really unusual

if you want to prove it, you can use the API in test mode to run a script and see how many subscriptions you can create
