Hi there, There are no fees to refund a payment, but Stripe’s fees on the original payment will not be returned in case of a refund.

yea, that's why I'm inquiring... so if the paymentIntent needs to be refunded immediately after it succeeds due to an error on my side, there's no other api call that I can use to remove that original fee?
I don't mean that I would make a call to remove the fee... what I mean is... is there any way to let Stripe know that there was an error that was generated after the card was accepted?
no the stripe fee is not returned.
