Hi, what do you mean by 'convert'? You'd start using your live_key: https://stripe.com/docs/keys#test-live-modes to process live payments.

I have 1000 accounts in test mode

when I switch to live, they aren't there

can they be exported and created in live?

Can you share an example account id which looks similar to acct_ where you're not seeing this after switching to live?

it makes sense that test accounts remain in test, and we should have been running live key in production

I see what is going on here, the accounts are not activated. To learn how to activate the account, please visit: https://stripe.com/docs/account/manage#activation

We allow test/ live toggle on the account..However, this activation is a separate issue.
