Some accounts can be deleted and others can't mostly. Do you have an account id I can look at?

yeah that's a Standard account created via OAuth as far as I can tell. Those can never be deleted in Test mode

If you had Dashboard access to that specific account you can go and close it. Or you can revoke the OAuth connection via https://stripe.com/docs/connect/oauth-standard-accounts#revoked-access
