I'm not sure I fully understand your question. Checkout is a product that Stripe offers that enable merchants to accept payments. A stripe account is required to create a Checkout flow.

Can you elaborate on what your current integration looks like?

Thank you for writing back. We currently have them set up on a Stripe account in our our engineering team said they need a Stripe Checkout account to have 3DS. I am trying to figure out what that means and what that might look like in a client's stripe account so I know what to ask them
