Hi I am using unofficial one for Flutter, but as far as I know it is based on the ReactNative SDK

In test mode it works fine

Do I need to request production access in Google Pay console, even if I am using Stripe?

I believe so. Here are the requirements to go live with Google Pay

However I also found some info in Flutter package docs

"All you need to do is add your stripe publishable key to the payment profile."

Is it possible to add somewhere in Pay console this key? I cannot see any place to do that

I see. My apologies but we're not terribly familiar with flutter package or its docs since it is a third party implementation.

I believe you'd need to either reach out to the developer maintaining the flutter package or google to find the exact steps you need to take to go live.
