This transaction was done on the 12th of last month, as soon as this transaction happened our account was disabled and we received an email that a refund was scheduled to the cardholder, which was pretty okay for us.

But then weeks went by and the money was never refunded and according to the dashboard the money was scheduled to be deposited to my bank account attached to the stripe account. I never understood the mess you have

Then yesterday I contacted support again and got an email saying that now I should add $1300.03 because I don't have enough funds.

This doesn't make any kind of sense, so please I need the money to be fully refunded to the cardholder as soon as possible before my client opens a dispute with the bank, which he will do in the next 48 hours.
