I have customers and connect account
Customers pay the sellers (connected account) directly

Customers can pay advances (eg: 100$, 30$ are advance and directly withdraw to bank account, 70$ are "blocked" on the connected account until the item is set as delivered

Since the account withdraws are managed manually, I want to call an API to make withdraw to bank account

Oh, I just found what I wanted : https://stripe.com/docs/payouts#virements-manuels

The issue is, I want to make the payouts immediatly after payment has be done, but the founds are not available.
Is there a way to "planify" the payout? Or execute it when the amount is available?
