Can you link the video of the checkout happening along with the two Payment Intent IDs that were duplicated?

Screen movie is not a public link. The screen movie also shows behavior on our servers, not Stripe's. It shows the user to the point of launching Stripe check out and then the receipt page on our server. Do you have screen movies of transactions on your servers?

It looks like the two duplicate charges happened a few seconds before the processed charge. 1 second and 3 seconds before respectively

I just need to know that this is a problem on Stripe's end as I cannot see how it would be and issue with our software as the POS happens on Stripe's servers and with such a short amount of time in between transactions all signs point to that. Please confirm

Is this the only example of this? Or are you seeing this in other payments?

Got it. I mean, these aren't occurring within seconds of each other. They're each ~4 minutes apart. Similarly, they all have different Checkout Sessions. If this system is working fine otherwise, then that pretty much derisively means that the customer entered multiple Checkout Sessions multiple times.

Ah. Ok. i was reading the time stamp wrong. According to our server logs and screen recordings, there is only one checkout session.
