If you use PaymentIntent + Payment Element, then you cannot use product and prices, you just need to set the price when creating the PaymentIntent.
If you use our new Orders feature + Payment Element, then you can use product and prices. You can learn more about this here: https://stripe.com/docs/orders

Sometimes I become blind to the documentation - I had been looking through for the last 30 minutes to try and figure out how to use Products with Elements.
