one of our customers set up their account and we use the website to fill the statement descriptor upon set up. The customer used their social media website so now the statement descriptor says www.facebook.com, which is obviously confusing for their customers. We are trying to help our customer update their descriptor for their express account but all the documentation and support is around how to set it up not how to edit it

we have had a couple of accounts do the same thing unfortunately so hoping for a solution we can manage ourselves without too much development if possible
