Do you mind sharing who directed you to Discord? Typically, we handle technical/integration issues in this channel, but the existing tickets you have with us seem purely focused on account verification which is something we don't have any control over

Our developer team (Airdev) said to go this route because we were hitting walls with the email support.

Is there another discord channel or is discord specifically targeted just for technical/integration issues?
