We cannot offer any guidance on legal questions here. For that you will need to consult legal specialists. But a single Stripe Account can have multiple associated bank accounts.

However, I am wondering if this process may make more sense as a Connect situation. Where you have separate Stripe accounts that both belong to the same group

OK, thank you. Yes I have the feeling that we can link several accounts only if the currency is different. Connect is another process that I will study more closely.
