But the system do not take postcodes with 4 numbers
The postcodes length will be dynamic, and it depends where the card you are using was issued.

It's a card of someone from Austria, but the system want's to have a postcode with 5 numbers. Maybe the system cannot differentiate between Austrian and German cards?

The ZIP code isn't the address where the customer currently lives, but the ZIP associated with that card. This can be different if the customer changed country for example.
So you need to ask your customer the ZIP code associated with the card, and not the ZIP where they currently live.
