For most transactions, there are no fees to refund a charge, but the Stripe and processing fees from the original transaction aren’t returned.

Oh. i have another question. processing fee on each payment will be charged on admin balance or the connected account balance ?

What type of charges are you using? Direct charges, destination charges or separate charges and transfer?

In this case:

The platform is responsible for the cost of the Stripe fees, refunds, and chargebacks

Stripe fee will be charged from connected account for Direct charges. Please note that Direct Charges is only recommended for Standard connected account.
