So I have had stripe for 3-4 days. I set it up Monday night and everything went through. Tuesday morning it asked me to verify some information again that I had already done. Now orders are coming in and I do not see any payments on my stripe account and I verified payments are being taken because I placed a test order myself.
Ok not private but that long explanation didn't need to lead the chat
I just got done with GoDaddy. They said that it is on you guy's. I came here earlier and you guys said it was on GoDaddy

I login to strip and see no activity but I have over 10 orders that have been paid for
I really think that the problem is that double verification that I did. It's sending money to the first but the second verification is what I see. I used all the same information on both verifications.

Hmm...do you have access to your stripe account?
That "no such payment_intent" message makes me think the configuration of Connect accounts got goofed up somwhere.

Nope. Nothing failed
I show no activity of any kind. Like I said I placed an order myself to verify. The money was taken from my CC but nothing showed up
So that date and time was the second time I did the verification. I did it the night before. But when I got to my computer stripe website said something like we still need to verify "something". I figured I missed a part of the process so I clicked it and I realized I was doing the whole process again but I didn't know that it was wrong to do.

Hi there 👋 jumping in so my teammate can take a break soon. If you're using an integration that was built and is maintained by GoDaddy, then we're going to have minimal insight into what that integration is expected to do. That being said, if you click on your account name near the top left of the Stripe dashboard, do you see other accounts listed in the drop down?

The payment that you made yourself, was that with your real credit card?

Yes. An actual real credit card
It was on the 6th and it has cleared also
Regardless of the integration from GoDaddy, I should still be able to access my stripe account separately from GoDaddy

Okay, so if you used a real card then that wouldn't be in the test mode side of the dashboard (real card numbers through errors in test mode). If you toggle the dashboard to view live mode data (toggle near the top right) are you able to see anything?

Nothing different
When I say I did a test, I mean I physically purchased something from myself to test.
So I just made a new account in the top left corner to see what it was. And it asked me to complete the profile. This is what I woke up to thd next day and it is running me through the entire process of verification of the business and who I am which I had done thd night before.
Is there no way that I somehow made 2 accounts under the same email but they aren't showing up?

Not that I'm aware of (but that type of question is something that we're less familiar with, and is better suited for our support team). I'm pretty sure if the accounts are associated with the same user, then they'd be visible there.
