Express Dashboard - I go to connected account and click edit payout schedule

Then I have this dropdown -- when we spoke with our agent working with us we told them we wanted default for all connected accounts to be delayed 3 days so payouts are once every 3 days

Have no heard back from them since

We're not terribly familiar with the Stripe dashboard in this forum (we primarily focus on API-based integrations) and the Express dashboard less so, but I don't think that setting changes the frequency of payouts.

If you are referring to the default delay, which by default is inherited from your platform account, then you'll want to speak with our support team about changing that as outlined here:

Express and Custom accounts remain at your original payout speed by default. You can request to lower this by contacting Stripe Support.
