hi there! Express Connect accounts are supposed to manage their own bank accounts via the Stripe Dashboard. So there's no way for a platform to delete the bank account. Is there a reason why you want to do so?

Actually we try to built a marketplace with stripe. and created service provide in our application and for these service provided add in stripe with Connect express onboarding.

and now i need give facility to my application service providers any way to update or delete bank account from platform.

your application service providers can do that via the Stripe Dashboard

Express connected account dashboard not showing options for that in payouts setting under setting

to login to an Express Dashboard, you should either create a login link : https://stripe.com/docs/api/account/create_login_link
or access it via https://dashboard.stripe.com/

if it's a test account, i'd recommend using login link

that particular screenshot is not how the Express Dashboard looks like

you probably accessed it by selecting 'View Dashboard as this account` from your Platform's Dashboard
