So this is occurring if the user enters their email in the onboarding flow, then goes to their email and confirms it prior to completing onboarding?

That sounds like it would be the Direct onboarding flow versus the Standard Connect onboarding.

Do you happen to have a screenshot of one of those pages?

Yes. They don't show-up in the onboarding process that I launch from my app. It's just if you click on the email verification link before finishing the sign-up. That takes you to a page that has an Activate payments button (it's the only button on the page, aside from one that says Skip for now). That leads to a longer version of the regular onboarding process. Even pages that I've already pre-filled the information for that don't normally show-up in the onboarding process show up during this version (although the fields are filled out). I attached one of the extra pages.

Thanks for attaching that. Interesting... I'll need to test this out on my end. Doesn't sound like expected, or at least desired, behavior to me.

Thanks for checking on it! Hopefully users will usually finish the onboarding process before verifying their email, but in the event that they do go this route, I just wanted to check if there's a way to set these extra fields ahead of time.

Yeah there isn't a way to pre-fill those fields as they are specific to the account holder and not something you can control via the Platform.
