We log into Stripe each week to review the giving. We need to see just the people who give automatically and reoccuring.

My apologies also, we're new users (not new customers) to the platform.

And for my 2nd question, I see the delete customer option but I wasn't sure if that's how to STOP someone's giving because they'd decided to give directly from their bank.

for "REOCCURRING GIVERS", are you using subscriptions?

If so, you can cancel the subscription

you won't need to delete the customers for that
