here i am creating schedule with 1st Nov 2021 as start date.

irrespective whereever i see this in dashboard, the start date should be 1st Nov - correct?

The dashboard will display the timezone based on your account location, may I know your location?

Can you share with me your merchant ID? you can find it from the Stripe Dashboard -> Settings ->Account Details

Thanks, This is a US account, and that's why it should 31 Oct instead of 1 Nov because of the timezone difference.
