So, Jack, the discord platform is not for the general problem issues of Stripe? What is it for? The dev-help and stripe-apps-beta-help?

So, it's not for customers? Even if the customers have problems with using Stripe, they should not come to Discord for help, right? Then where can the customer get help from? It seems to be extremely difficult to find a little help from Stripe. Kind of disappointed. For PayPal, I can directly find the support either with live chat or Whatsapp. But Stripe, I can find nowhere to help any support. It's kind of disappointing.

Maybe, I should forget about Stripe and stick with PayPal. There is no way to use it because I cannot find any solution for even a little problem.

Sorry the inconvenience, the discord is staffed with Stripe engineers and we can only help with technical problems.

There are many options available in the Stripe support page, and you can reach out to Stripe support in whichever option that works best for you.
