if you have a problem and the merchant is not responding you can for example contact your bank and open a credit card dispute for the payment

you'd contact the merchant about that!

if they're not responding then you can for example contact your bank and open a credit card dispute for the payment. Stripe has no involvement here, we're just the payment processor.
