You wait for the customer to pay the OXXO voucher by listening to checkout.session.completed. If you've done that already, then you need only wait for either checkout.session.async_payment_succeeded or checkout.session.async_payment_failed

my customers have already made the payment (I made a purchase 5 days ago and paid) and the orders continue with the same message
I really don't understand anything about programming, I don't know what to do with these codes, I just installed the plugin for woocommerce, connected and the paid ones with card work but the oxxo ones keep accusing this error.
That error message has a stripe payment intent ID, but it doesn't appear to be a Stripe error. You would have to check in with WooCommerce about how to fix that one unfortunately
And what do I do with my clients? they paid and the money is nowhere, in the stripe chat they can't tell what happens.
Is there anyone I can pay to check this on stripe?
It doesn't look like the money has been reconciled yet. When did the customer say they paid the voucher they were given?
I generated a purchase and went to pay in person with the code generated in the voucher, I paid without any problem 5 days ago. Oxxo is a cash payment method at convenience stores in mexico, there is no way to return the money to the customer.
i just generated a fresh install of wordpress and woocommerce, installed the official stripe plugin and placed an order, the result is always the same
Wait... the payment intent you posted was created today. Which means a voucher to make the payment was generated today. Which means you couldn't have paid it 5 days ago
I showed one today, I have dozens of payments every day
If you got a voucher to pay already, then it isn't for the payment intent you created today

this is exactly the problem, they all generate the same error (regardless of whether they are paid or not), I was just in the chat on several occasions they didn't know how to give an answer and they sent me here
