Support isn't available for Stripe Atlas
I emailed them last weekend and they replied to say "We'll take a look." I haven't heard back.
I am sorry to hear. Unfortunately I can't push on tickets so I'd recommend emailing in again to push. Support usually is very good about getting back as soon as they can but sometimes everyone needs a reminder.

Yep yep, I see a ticket for that. I'd say it is probably worth sending another email to ask for updates here. I can see it in the proper place and all that so they will be happy to answer any followups like this
