in terms of refunds and such there shouldn't be any problem right?
the main reason I ask is because I have worked with multiple different payment gateways, and around 60% of them couldn't deal with hold on direct debit cards
and the other 40% had only a half measure fix
they would charge the amount and refund it 6 days later
and if i wantd to charge the hold, they would charge it again
so lets say I reserve a room in a hotel, they would charge me once (money which i will get in 6 days) and then once i arrive charge me again
but as for the customer, he will see 2 charges and that would make things complicated to explain
