Oh, are you trying to make a payment to someone that uses Stripe?
It was my monthly fee on digitalocean for cloud service, before it was automated and i didn't have to do anything but for some reason it didnt pay by it self so i tried to pay manually but with no result
so my digitalocean acc is suspended
Gotcha, so you likely don't have a Stripe account then. Sorry, this forum is meant for helping developers build custom Stripe integrations, so we aren't terribly familiar with these type of support flows.
Based on the listed options, I think "Can't sign in or have a question?" would be the best option.
