Payment Links are the no-code product we have for recurring payments, but not sure if can create send_invoice subscriptions

Yeah that's not supported right now on either Checkout or Payment Links

Subscriptions they create will automatically charge the supplied payment method

same as checkout session but without a card. Where the customer have to register company name, tax-id etc. and purchase a subscription for which the receive recurring invoices in email.

You can collect tax IDs with Payment Links if that's the objection
