We don't have anything built in for that at the moment but you can certainly differentiate between users and change your application fees for them as appropriate

If you are talking about different fees that Stripe itself is charging, I would recommend reaching out to our support team.

Otherwise it should mostly be a matter of storing info for yourself in the user's metadata or somewhere in your own DB and basing your application fee on that.
