Hello, do you have an example of an account that this is happening for and the ID of the customer that you are expecting to see on that account?

The IDs don't surface any information by themselves to anyone without your account/keys

Okay... I'm only seeing one recent request to list customers on that account. It is from yesterday and was not a platform generated request

Huh, yeah I'm not seeing us return an item there but I do see the request was generated after the Customer was created.

Do you only see this when creating Customers via the Dashboard?
I believe so. Unfortunately, I can't access this Stripe Connect account anymore nor ask them questions so it may have been possibly from other places too (e.g, their normal customer creation workflow)
And this has been an intermittent issue
You can't access as in you can't perform another request right now?
When I check our logs, this is the only customer who experienced this issue
As in, unfortunately those guys churned and I can't really ask them anything as they are no longer customers of ours

And always been able to list them fine
But for the most part, it's purely for the testing purpose
There are no issues until this one time

Stripe Customers are created using APIs (not the dashboard) commonly in production and no issues there [other than this one account]
This was also an issue in production for this account?
The issue is still all happening in Stripe Test Mode, but yes in real-life, we have no issues happening for anyone else

We were able to reproduce this issue the majority of the time by creating a new Stripe test customer in the Stripe Account's test dashboard, then observing the 0 data results returned (even after waiting). But there were some times that we successfully got 1 data result as expected.
But only on that account

Okay thanks for all the info. I agree this shouldn't be occurring and we should be guaranteeing the read is returning as expected after the successful write. I'm going to follow up internally about improving this. Thanks for reporting.
