Hi there!
You can get charges associated with a payout only when using automatic payouts. This is explained here: https://stripe.com/docs/expand/use-cases#charges-in-payout
A manual payout allows you to send an arbitrary amount of your current balance to your bank, so this amount isn’t tied to the specific charges (and balance transactions) included in that payout.
