they file the dispute with their bank, not Stripe. Stripe is just the payment processor, we don't issue the card or decide disputes, it's not like a Paypal wallet if that's what you're thinking of.
it's all clearly documented on https://stripe.com/docs/disputes/
so reverting the disputed amount will revert the payment with both accounts or just from the middle account where all percentages are charged to the web owner account.
It depends what model of Connect charge you use, the account that is 'liable for disputes' gets debited for the amount of the dispute plus the fee. Transfers and application fees don't get automatically reversed but that's something you can do manually if you want.

how will we know and how should we obtain our additional deducted payment back from the creator
you'd use webhooks to be notified of this. Beyond that it's hard to give a more specific answer since it depends exactly what you're doing. The docs should be quite clear though
we are using connect platform account service. in the given screenshot you can see our platform charged 10$ from the buyer and when he applied for dispute then stripe charged 15$ from our account..can you explain it?
