Do you mean that you want to handle payment on your own with Stripe integration, but using Magento only for refunds?

yes correct

#

before placing order magento check that payment method is exist or not, so we have installed the extension, now that issue is solved but stripe extnsion require additional data to authorize which we don't want to pass to magento

once our payment service will process the payment we will add require data on magento async

I see! I'm not familiar with the sync between Magento and Stripe. I'd suggest writing to Stripe support https://support.stripe.com/contact for advice
