There's no way to clear/delete in bulk on the API side so I wasn't aware there was a Dashboard option

Just looping back to the account piece: a single email address/login on Stripe can create multiple merchant accounts - https://stripe.com/docs/multiple-accounts
Wanted to share in case you need to set up multiple test accounts in the future
