Have you reviewed the differences between Connect account types? Just making sure whether Express is the right type for your business model and integration effort: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/accounts

right...but once i decide what route i take, I'll add the patients as a connect account to ENDK?

Once you decide on account type, each patient will need to go through the onboarding process. Onboarding requirements and the amount of code you'll need will differ by account type.
