What guide did you follow to install the CLI

I don't think you added the stripe exe to your path

#

So the exe is 1 directory level above paymentApp so that's why it stops working once you switch your directory to "paymentApp"

You'll need to add the location of the exe to your path so that the stripe command works in every directory
