AFAICT that is the correct behavior
https://stripe.com/docs/payouts#payout-speed:~:text=if you’re on daily automatic payout schedule at a T%2B3 speed%2C the funds paid out daily would be from 3 business days preceding.

OK maybe then i wonder if it's the payment balance becoming available is the issue? Is it possible for you to take a look at an event for us? I can DM you the account id and event id

You can share the event ID here but you'd likely want to talk to our support team about this as they'd have more context on payout speeds and balance availability.
