one of our customer was trying to update the card using one that has a different name but she is getting the following error:
"We could not authenticate your payment method"

Is this only one customer? and is this with just one card or have they tried other cards?
I wonder if the billing address affects it
as far as I know this is the only case we had

I am struggling to find the right request, do you know what is the API that is called by the customer portal?
It creates a session by calling /v1/billing_portal/sessions and then creates a SetupIntent
