hmmm, doesn't seem possible. I'd suggest cancelling the subscriptions at period end and recreating the subscriptions. You can consider using subscription schedules if you want to schedule the new subscriptions to start on a future data : https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/subscription-schedules

you need to do it in two steps :

update the subscription with transfer_data=null
update the subscription with transfer_data[destination] and application_fee_percent
