There isn't a way to use chat for issues like this no. You do need to use the contact form and wait for an answer since this is likely about your overall business and whether we can support it. I understand you're frustrated, that's totally fair, and I can't prevent you from switching to a competitor. But I unfortunately can't help here. I'm a developer, I help developers with questions about our APIs or their code, I don't have access to your account and contacting our support team directly is the best next step
