@stoic carbon thanks for the answer. i get your point, but support will not help me. They're putting me on hold since 4 days while my business is going up in flames 🔥 is there any way to talk to somebody capable, from L2 or sth?...

i loved stripe so much, customer since 7 years, but you guys are somehow letting me down now... i wish there was a last piece of hope.

absolutely. just honest opinion please: do you really think it helps, also short term (the house is on fire already) or are the same people as on the support phone answering?

If I didn't think it would help I wouldn't have suggested it. 🙂 As far as it being the same people, we have a ton of people who work in support, so it's likely not the same people. The folks at heretohelp@stripe.com should respond pretty promptly though.

do you have any indication what "today" is? i'm asking because the support team mentioned that on friday already which would imply that today == 80 hours 😉

i'm actually asking because if "today" is within the next 6-7 hours, we can handle it. if more, we loose our customer (the host) and stripe will loose ~ 5 mio euros / year in processing volume.
