let me explain my usecase

#

i have a system where 2 types of users sellers and buyers

#

there will be a super admin who sends payout to sellers

#

seller will add his bank account to recieve payment as payout

#

how can i do it using API

The API has an endpoint for creating manual payouts. Have you seen our docs on Payouts with the API? https://stripe.com/docs/payouts#manual-payouts
